An outdoor learning leadership award that incorporates the Forest School practitioner award

Block 3: Sat 20 and Sun 21 June 2026
Block 4: Sat 29 and Sun 30 Aug 2026
Block 5: Sun 1 Nov 2026
Block 6: Sun 25 April 2027

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Students must be available for all the taught elements of the course.

The cost for the course is £1296 with an additional £150 – £160 for the First Aid Course.

Monthly payments plans are available, email studentadmin@nac.ac.uk for more information. From time to time, external funding is available, please visit Skills Hub Scotland to register your interest, please note there is no guarantee that funding will be in place in time for the course starting.

Forest School and Outdoor Leadership is a course at SCQF (Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework) Level 8.

This course is about working in the forest and outdoor environment  to gain leadership skills and to lead outdoor learning as well as becoming a fully qualified practitioner.
