An outdoor learning leadership award that incorporates the Forest School practitioner award

WHEN DOES IT TAKE PLACE?

New dates are now available for Leadership Level 8, starting March 2024

Course dates:

Block 1: 3 days – Thursday 21st, Friday 22nd and Thursday 28th March
Block 2: 3 days – Thursday 25th, Friday 26th and Friday 3rd May
Block 3: 3 days – Thursday 30th and Friday 31st May and Friday 7th June
Block 4: Friday 1st November

The Outdoor First Aid course will take place on Thursday 13th June and Friday 14th June 2024 (a requirement of the training unless you already have a valid certificate).

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Students must be available for all the taught elements of the course.

The cost for the course is £1296 with an additional £140 for the First Aid Course.

Forest School and Outdoor Leadership is a course at SCQF (Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework) Level 8.

This course is about working in the forest and outdoor environment  to gain leadership skills and to lead outdoor learning as well as becoming a fully qualified practitioner.
